My Pubic Hair Sticks Through My Undies

DS

By Jordi Oller, Director of Content Production
Once a year
amuse me to summarize the content we've made the whole area Gimages content production. This way I can relive all those good and bad moments spent with our team. With what I most enjoy is reviewing the process, from initial briefings, notes in the books, the first sketches, the story boards full of studs and endless adjustments to arrive at precise movement we want to give to each piece. All this work is needed to reach a basic goal: that the message reaches the final viewer in each of our productions.

Our vision is that good content is the essence of any successful digital communication channel. We assume that every channel must be supported by unsoftware reliable, high quality screen, good facilities, powerful servers, etc. But in the end, our mission is to convey emotions and stimuli that bring the message to the public, and if not get the contents, the rest is useless. As we say here in Gimages, use technology in support of the communication. I hope

I like this demo reel of 2010 and next year will bring us great content and new creations.

In the next post I will talk to a subject on which we are investigating and I think it will arouse much interest, content 2.0. I trust and hang it in January so we can greet you as soon as next year.

Merry Christmas and happy content.

content management at the Digital Signage ROI

By Francesc Font, founding partner of Gimages:

of "paid advertising channel" to "manage the ROI of digital signage," this is one of the most discussed in the last two times when reinventing the crisis is (finally) the advertising industry, forcing all those screen networks who believed that advertising would pay the channel, to start thinking how to manage ROI on their channel, without relying on advertising as the only means of return on investment . That's why many people in the industry makes the following questions:

Does this mean that we should forget the advertising?

finally I bet the media agencies to develop strategies of individual audience?

We answer both questions at once. Let us not be carried away by the law of the pendulum, moving from base all our strategy in advertising 100% return, stop betting on the advertising investment in our networks, in fact, there are some networks that are getting longer certain return, especially at outdoor, but also in the retail efforts are beginning to be interesting in advertising investment, particularly in adapting to the environment, time management and impulse buying, resulting in the appropriate target, something we know All that only allows digital signage at point of sale. It is obvious that the media agencies are vigilant, and are beginning to bet on these systems as the technology improves in favor of communication is certainly a path that must be followed, either by investing in social networking mobile marketing in the digital signage networks in retail.

conclude by reflecting that one day I did a very good friend. It read, "television, its programs and all contents, are solely to cover ads." True, as surely as if the programs or content of television is bad, no one looks at these channels. The digital signage is no different, we simply must improve our content and directing them to know who may be interested, and advertising will come.

Good New Year to all!
