Study Wirespring prices on Digital Signage in 2010

By Francesc Font, Partner and Co-Founder ;
Hi all,
has already come to light the new study Wirespring price. Before you start analyzing the advertisement data, we thank Wirespring people each year, and since 2004 we are bringing light on pricing, reference and serve as homogenization of these in the digital signage market.
Regarding the study in question, attach here the main conclusions we draw:

  • DS prices have fallen by an average of 17% compared to 2009, taking as the cost base of buy, hold and manage from a software screen for 36 months. This down is due, as seen in the chart below, to lower prices and technical maintenance of the facility, which are caused primarily by improvement in manufacturers' warranties and the best strength of the product thus no longer a good news for the sector. Moreover, the cost of facilities has also declined significantly, largely because customers are now installed more screens per site, assuming that significant savings in transportation and time, which allows the lower prices.
  • The screen size is installed by 67% between 30 and 42, while the Remaining 33% are screens from 60 "up. Improving professional displays makes 91% of people who purchase hardware do of professional equipment, not consumption.
  • in software pricing, the trend of low cost software is being imposed. That itself shows that people gain experience in managing networks bet heavily to invest in professional software for the DS, to the detriment of free solutions or management screens without content management systems. In addition, users can see how small and large networks are beginning to opt for the same solutions
Thus, and as a great conclusion, failing to go further widening of the study findings, we can see prices are dropping DS as the sector is consolidating, as happens in any market it enters and growth stages approaching maturity. While our perception is that Digital Signage has still a high growth path, even as studies indicate, is achieving a maturity level of products and services that certainly contribute to the growing number of players installed.

Dynamic Large Format: Consolidation of a pharmacy with personality. A year

By Irene Lara, Area Manager of Healthcare Gimages.

" The experience at the point of sale is a key element of customer experience, a few seconds in which the senses are large recipients of feelings and motivations, which directly affect the outcome . " This statement is what has motivated the owner of the pharmacy SUR, to design a different and innovative space in all its senses.
Many claim that there is no design progress and are increasingly pharmacies to understand and apply this assertion at the time of reform, in whole or in part, his pharmacy.

pharmacies today are not what they were ten years ago. The trends have left the market has changed and trends both local cause, such as furniture or dealing directly with clients have changed. And not just reforming pharmacies but are created ambitious projects that take into account the architecture, interior design, visual communication and furniture. The result is obvious: different pharmacies, attractive and well structured to make a visit to a shopping experience satisfying and loyal.

But how to get a visual harmony that meets these improvements?

Well, designing a project to integrate from the beginning, each of the elements capable of creating a unique atmosphere

We already know the power of signage at point of sale as channel, captures 10 times more attention than static signage, reducing the perception of waiting times of customers by 15% and improved for 90% of consumers, the image they have of the establishment. For the pharmacy, also an increase in sales and cross selling that ranges between 7% and 28%.

Also known are the advantages that encourage pharmaceutical reform: improving category management, increased turnover, reduced stock, space optimization and traffic management ... successful reform achieved sales growth around 15% 20%.

's commitment Gimages: is based on uniting the advantages of both concepts, architectural design and dynamic marketing through the integration of dynamic communication channel in the furniture of the pharmacy and made it, do so in a stunning, large format: video Wall, more powerful, visual and innovative. A bet that no doubt set trends in the pharmacy of the future, combining dynamic design and marketing in a state of perfection.

The installation of a dynamic communication system via a video wall, beyond improving the shopping experience and facilitate access to information in a simple and effortless by customers allows us to transform the atmosphere of the place, convey a mood that reflects the pharmacy, but above all, we can not leave anyone indifferent.
